Returns and Refunds

Once an order is placed, we are unable to offer returns or refunds. Our goal is for you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. If your items arrive damaged or with defects, it is crucial to report these issues within the moment of delivery. We will work with you to resolve these issues promptly.
Defects or damage resulting from accidents, neglect, or misuse are not covered by our Refund Policy.
Late or Missing Refunds
Refunds can take up to 10 business days to process. If you have not received a refund after 10 business days, please check your bank account again or contact your credit card company as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Missing Product
If you are missing an item from your order, please provide details of the item in question along with an image of the invoice. We require the invoice from your order to validate what was sent in your parcel. Once confirmed by Giuseppe de Caria, a refund for the missing product will be processed.

Currently, Canada wide via Canada Post. Item will take approx 5 days to ship. Blooming Chaos will be offering worldwide shipping in 2025.
We offer flat shipping rates for all orders across Canada.
Order value is calculated after all discounts and credits, before taxes

Shipment Processing Time
All orders are processed within 5 business days. Orders are processed Monday to Friday except for statutory holidays.
You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email which includes your tracking number once your order has been shipped.

International Shipping
GiuseppeDeCaria.com currently only ships within supported regions in Canada.
Customs and Import Taxes
GiuseppeDecaria.com is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc).

Keeping your visits here private and for your eyes only is very important to me. Your email or purchasing information is never shared with anyone. All transactions and emails are securely handled through my partners Hover, ConvertKit, Klavyio, Square Payment. And security-focused, continuous website monitoring through Flywheel/WP Engine Managed WordPress Hosting.

I've also chosen Fathom Analytics for my website analytics, which doesn't use cookies and complies with the GDPR, ePrivacy (including PECR), COPPA and CCPA. Using this privacy-friendly website analytics software, your IP address is only briefly processed, and I (Giuseppe de Caria) have no way of identifying you.
