Returns and Refunds

Once an order is placed, it cannot be returned or refunded. Every scent is made by hand, in small batches, from botanical materials — slowly, deliberately.

If your order arrives damaged, please write to contact@bloomingchaos.co with a photograph within the moment of delivery. We will promptly send a replacement.

If an item is missing from your order, please write to contact@bloomingchaos.co with the item details and an image of your invoice. Once confirmed, a refund for the missing item will be processed.

Delivery and Shipping

Currently shipping Canada-wide via Canada Post. Orders are processed within five business days, Monday to Friday, excluding statutory holidays. You will receive a confirmation email with your tracking number once your order has shipped.

Worldwide shipping coming in 2026.

Blooming Chaos is not responsible for customs or import taxes applied to international orders. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer.

Your email and purchasing information is never shared with anyone. All transactions are securely handled through our payment partners.

We use Fathom Analytics — a privacy-first tool that requires no cookies and complies with GDPR, ePrivacy (including PECR), COPPA, and CCPA. Your IP address is processed only briefly and cannot be used to identify you. As per the CCPA, your personal information is de-identified.
